Okay, so this post is about a week overdue. I just had to make mention of the passing of one of the most awesome anniversaries ever for the husband and I. We met on Friday, October 13th 2000. He flew up to GR. We had an awsome day of old-fashioned fun. We got a Grande Meal, had a brush with death (the "BWD") when we came across a deer in the road, and went to see Best in Show.
This is the first time we've had an October Friday the 13th since then. We were both all excited to hang out and have some old skool fun but Blaine ended up having to work late. I went up to the temple so we could spend some time together. I folded laundry and we counted down the register together before we went for dinner (breakfast) at Denny's.
We've known each other almost 7 years now. Seems like just yesterday we burned the Voltrex. Good times.... good times.
