I'm all signed up for the big real estate test on the 1st. Then I'll be all official. Wish me luck. I'll need it. I feel pretty lucky today. I had my car in the shop and they couldn't find anything wrong with it! Usually it's a million dollars... and that's the labor, to quote Bill Cosby. I'm glad my A-frame wasn't falling out. So I'm gonna be a fancy agent. If anyone needs a house, let me know. Especially if anyone needs one in the greater Houston area. I recommend up north... Spring, Cypress, somewhere like that. They actually have trees up there. Not skinny-gotta-be-tied-down-lest-they-snap-in-the-breeze trees like they have in the newer parts of town. That's my two cents. Word.
