I finally passed my real estate test last week and I'm all official now. I took a call from a potential buyer today so I'm muddling my way through my first attempt at doing an offer. I feel so clueless because even though I've been in the biz for a year and a half I haven't really done much other than data entry and make pretty flyers. I'm also getting sick. I think we're going to grab some takeout for dinner tonight.
