Well, I just wanted to wish everyone a belated Christmas. I hope yours was more better than mine. I spent mine in a half-conscious stupor in bed. I didn't go anywhere for 3 days. I'm feeling much better now. I was very much spoiled but felt good passing some of the fortune along to the Elephant Sanctuary. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a worthwhile charity. Also, I have not sent out Christmas card one yet, but do still intend to do so, so please forgive me when you are wished a Merry Christmas in February. Perhaps I'm just early.... you'll never know.
This morning ALL the Leavitts, all 28.9 of them, got together for pictures. I'll be sure to upload them when I get copies. I hope they turned out. I was very much enamored by my nephew Connor (also born on May 27) and his stylin' duds. I, of course, am broke out worse than ever as I'm trying to find a more natural skin care regime. Maybe photoshop will work wonders.
Speaking of .9 kids, my sister in law is due very shortly and I was wandering around Target having a gander at the baby stuff. Man, I can't believe how pampered and spoiled today's babies are. No wonder they grow up into spoiled teenagers. I found this, which I would love for myself. This picture doesn't do it justice... seriously, it's the comfiest thing I've ever seen in my life. Or take this, which would have made mealtime the highlight of my day:
I could go on. Let's just say that they make car seats for babies with cupholders, in suede & leather, Aeron-style, and with more options than my car. Kids & moms today have it so rough.

We need all of this stuff to help us keep our sanity! When mom used to set and rock the baby all day instead of the swing she wasn't trying to come home from work and cook dinner while rocking the baby. I have an eight month old with acid reflux and trust me this stuff is a life saver.
I have no doubt it's good stuff to have. I'm just thinking when I was a baby we had swings, we had high chairs. They just didn't have all the nature sounds, gadgets, cup holders, and certainly didn't come in leather & suede. I'm really glad you have this to help you out. I can't imagine how much crazier my life will get when we have a baby. I can't believe how much busier I am just being married.
