The Love of God

I was reading The Power of Positive Thinking a few weeks ago and, at least in the beginning, it has you focus on certain scriptures.  When I was going through my quad to highlight them I came across something I don't think I'd read before and don't remember anyone brining to my attention, yet it's one of the most beautiful things I've read.  Please allow me  to share it with you.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
-Romans 8:38-39

What an awesome and comforting thought.  Truly, the only thing that can separate us is ourselves.  What are we doing to make sure that doesn't happen.  What am I doing?  Not enough, I can tell you that much.  It is my quiet prayer that during the dark days and storms of life I can remember this.  There is hope.  There is comfort.  I need only seek out for it with a genuine heart.
