Almost, but not quite. Blah and I have decided we're sick to death of the commercialization of Christmas. We're especially done with the idea that husbands must buy their wives giant diamonds or BMWs. Our gifts to each other are extremely small and we're happy with that.
I had decided some time ago that I don't want "things" for Christmas. My first pick in lieu of a gift would be a donation to the Kucinich campaign. If anyone should want to do that, you'd have to send me the money and I'd make the donation. If that's too "out there" for some people, I've decided on The Elephant Sanctuary as a backup. This is absolutely my favorite charity and working there would be my dream job. It's a fabulous sanctuary for retired circus & zoo elephants. Oddly enough, it's in Tennessee.
